The Residential Services business line delivers multi-disciplinary services to a wide range services that aims to maintain, protect and enhance the overall performance of the client’s unit to ensure that the house, patio, landscape & all outdoor facilities, solar power system, water purification system, all plants, and primarily the Palm trees are in perfect condition on daily basis and throughout the year.

FME- RS undertakes unit operation and maintenance (O&M), basic maintenance, basic repair works, emergency repair works if required, overall unit functionality. As for the fruit trees, Palm trees, vegetable boxes, FME-RS undertakes:

• Irrigation, trees watering programs and irrigation system maintenance,
• Aftercare planting maintenance,
• Provide auditing services of planted trees,
• Landscape and lawn trimming, pruning and aftercare,
• Pest control programs,
• Fertilizers/fertilization programs,
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly programs for trees nursing and care.
